SDS is a Semantic Query Processor for Distributed Data

Find Technical Documentation Here

SDS consists of a Java Query Server and a separately deployable Client GUI - a complete implementation of both Client and Server is available as a single downloadable user product. In larger implementations, more servers can be added for performance scaling and shared metadata purposes.

SDS typically connects to one or more RDBMS and automatically generates an OWL model which is queryable by SPARQL. SDS presents Excel Workbooks and Web Services as SPARQL queryable concepts.

The SDS user is presented with a Network Graph visualisation of the OWL model showing Concepts, Attributes and Relationships.

Queries are composed by associating Attributes from Concepts - SDS generates the corresponding SPARQL and the result set is returned to the GUI.

A SPARQL and SQL CLI is provided along with a SPARQL end point.

SDS is built on standard Semantic Web Technologies.
